Before someone can get final approval for a tree permit, an "intended decision " period must take place. The intended decision is a ten-calendar-day (or fifteen days for a City project) waiting period during which an aggrieved party may appeal The City's tree decision. If there is no appeal, the tree permit will be approved by Environmental Resources .
Once an Intended Decision has been issued, an appeal to the Historic and Environmental Preservation Board can be filed with the Hearing Boards Division within the appeal period. If there is an appeal, it will be scheduled for the applicable board (HEPB/City Commission).
Please view Intended Decisions below, by address, and click on the title for information and dates.
