Archived City Commission and CRA Documents
City of Miami Archived Documents
The City Clerk’s Office repository of public documents is available through an electronic document management system that allows users to browse, search, retrieve and print public documents.
Currently, City Commission documents from December 1983 to the present are available in the repository. These documents include resolutions, ordinances, supporting documents for legislation, agendas, marked agendas and minutes.
Additionally, Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) documents are also available in the repository. These documents include resolutions, supporting documents for legislation, agendas, marked agendas and minutes. Please note that documents for the City of Miami’s CRAs are available for the following time periods:
Southeast Overtown/Park West CRA (SEOPW) – July 1995 to present
Omni CRA – May 1995 to present
Midtown CRA – March 2005 to present
West Grove CRA – August 2021 to present
