Affordable Housing Resources

In accordance with City of Miami Ordinance No. 13491, any developer that receives affordable or workforce housing incentives or benefits from the City, its departments, instrumentalities or Community Redevelopment Agencies, shall deliver written notice to the Directors of Housing & Community Development and the Zoning Department, respectively, simultaneous to their regular notices of the availability of these units so that City elected and appointed officials can notify residents of the City of these units.

For public information purposes, the Department is posting the notices it receives tied to this Ordinance. Interested persons should contact the building directly with any rental inquiries.
