District 4 Expanded First Time Homebuyer Program Wait List Results

Staff members will contact first 45 persons from the waitlist below on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

An administrative, computerized lottery was held in April 2023 to establish a waitlist of potential purchasers of the single-family infill homes currently being developed, or set to be developed, by the City in District 4 with Miami Forever Bond funding. As per the resolution adopted for the City’s District 4 First-time Homebuyer Expanded Program, a City resident preference was part of the lottery process.

The lottery pool was comprised of persons who had provided their contact information to the Dis. 4 Office. Persons who did not supply complete contact information were disqualified. Inclusion in the lottery pool, or on the waitlist below, does not mean that the person is eligible for this program. Final eligibility is determined based on the household’s ability to meet ALL of the guidelines of the Dis. 4 Expanded Program as approved by City Resolution 23-0123.

Given the number of properties available at this time, the Department will contact only the first 45 persons on the waitlist to provide them with a pre-application and further information. Once the available homes have been purchased, this process will end, and this waitlist will remain in effect for any future homes to be built in District 4.

The waitlist below has been coded for confidentiality purposes as follows: First four letters of the first name, first four letters of the last name. Example: Robert Smith would be displayed as RobeSmit
