ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK, PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL. 

  1. Approval of the Minutes from October 23rd, 2020, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting 
  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the modification of the loan terms in connection with Block 55 Owner, LLC for the Sawyer's Landing Project 
  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to St. John Village 1410 Apartments and St. John Little River Apartments serve as collateral on a pari passu basis with TD Bank for the acquisition financing of certain properties by St. John CDC for the future development of affordable housing 
  4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the change in ownership of the managing company MM 79, LLC, in connection with the Villa Patricia Project
