ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

    1. Approval of the Minutes from October 29, 2024, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

       

    2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $1,750,000 in HOME funds to Haley Sofge 750 Preservation, LLC for the rehabilitation of the Haley Sofge 750 Apartments project

       

    3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $8,000,000 in HOME-ARP funds to Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust for the acquisition of a property to be known as Hideaways by the Bay project

       

    4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $1,000,000 in City of Miami For Everyone Funds to the Allapattah Collaborative CDC for the acquisition of 1700 NW 36 ST.

     

    Other Business:

     

    1. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the extension of the date to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and project completion of the Essence of Miami Project by 8th Street Properties LLC.

       

    2. Recommendation/Discussion on modifying City of Miami GOB Loan Documents regarding Sawyer’s Walk/Block 55 project.

       

    3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to borrower Roberto Alfonso’s hardship-based appeal (re: Matter 24-56).

       

    4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to borrower Victor Carneado’s hardship-based appeal (re: Matter 22-3435).
