Roll Call.

ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from September 20, 2024, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Discussion/Recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $450,000 in the City of Miami for Everyone Program Funds to DFI Mundy, LLC for the development of Casa Valentina Project, 3121 and 3173 Mundy St properties.

Other Business:

  1. Discussion/Recommendation pertaining to the extension of the date to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and project completion of the Essence of Miami Project by 8th Street Properties LLC.
