ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from April 26, 2024, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Discussion/Recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $1,500,000 in HOME funds to 2901 Wynwood, LLC in gap financing for the development of the View 29 project

     

  3. Discussion/Recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $450,000 in the City of Miami for Everyone Program Funds to DFI Mundy, LLC for the development of Casa Valentina Project, 3121 and 3173 Mundy St properties.

     

  4. Discussion/ Recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $3,000,000 in ARPA funds to Gallery at Lummus Parc, LLC for the development of the Gallery at Lummus Parc project

     

  5. Discussion/ Recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $100,000 in CDBG funding for the Rehabilitation of the City of Miami-owned property located at 750-754 NW 70 St

  1. Discussion/Recommendation pertaining to the modification of the use of the GOB funds and the project structure to 5215 Flagler Street, LLC for the development of the Flagler Villas project (fka Flagler Elderly project)

     

  2. Discussion/Recommendation pertaining to the restructuring of City-assisted units associated with the rehabilitation of the Edison Towers project, undertaken by Edison Towers, LLC and Tacolcy Economic Development Corporation (TEDc).

     

  3. Update of Sawyer’s Walk project

     

  4. Discussion/Recommendation pertaining to the proposal from Villas Godoy Condominium Association, Inc., to be able to use the Condominium’s commercial unit
