ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from November 16, 2022, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting

     

  2. Recommend/Discussion pertaining to the De-obligation of $3,500,000 in Miami Forever Bonds (“GOB”) and the allocation of up to $2,500,000 in Community Development Block Grant- COVID (“CDBG_CV”) to Villages Apartments Phase II for the development of the Villages Apartments Phase II project.

     

  3. Recommend/Discussion pertaining to the consent to a Termination of Easement Agreement to The Village Miami, LLC, in connection with the Villages Apartments project.

     

  4. Recommend/Discussion pertaining to the Refinancing Approval for MTZ Carver & Shoppes Multi-family.

     

  5. Recommend/Discussion pertaining to the extension of the date to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and project completion date for Residences at Dr. King Blvd Project by Residences at Dr. King Boulevard, LTD
