ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from October 24, 2023, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.
  2. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the allocation of CDBG funds in the amount of $200,000 for the rehabilitation of the City of Miami-owned property located at 750-754 NW 70 St.

     

  3. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the allocation of up to $3,500,000 in Miami Forever Bonds (“GOB”) to 2901 Wynwood, LLC for the development of the View 29 project.

     

  4. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the allocation of up to $3,750,000 in HOME-ARP or ARPA to Notre Maison I, LLC for the development of the Notre Maison I project.

     

  5. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the allocation of up to $350,000 in CDBG funds to Assistance to the Elderly (“ATTE”) for the rehab repairs of the Residential Plaza.

     

  6. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the allocation of up to $50,000 of the City of Miami - Miami for Everyone (“MFE”) funds to the Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church to be used towards the demolition-construction of the 3573 Hibiscus project in Coconut Grove.
