ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from September 26, 2023, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $2,000,000 in GOB funds to Santamaria Developer Group LLC for the development Viva Building Project

     

  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $15,000,000 in GOB funds to Dulce Vida Apartments, LLC for the development of Dulce Vida Apartments.
