ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from June 25th, 2021, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting
  2. Discussion and Recommendations pertaining to the approval of a Modification and Assumption of the Mortgage from deceased Edna Jones to her heirs, whom inherited her home.
  3. Discussion and Recommendations pertaining to the allocation of $2,064,120 in Miami Forever Bonds (“GOB”) for the Liberty Renaissance project by Liberty Renaissance Apartments, LLC.
  4. Discussion and Recommendations pertaining to the allocation of $3,000,000 in Miami Forever Bonds (“GOB”) to Citadelle Village LLC in connection with the development of the Citadelle Village project

Other Business:

a.     Discussion and Recommendations pertaining to the Affordable Housing Incentive Strategies

b.     Discussion and Recommendations pertaining to the consent to transfer ownership of General Contractor entities of the Holding Company in connection with the Los Suenos, Pinnacle Park, Pinnacle Place, Brickell View Terrace Apts, Gibson Plaza, Pinnacle Plaza, and Pinnacle Square projects.
