 ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK, PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  

  1. Approval of the Minutes from July 24th, 2020, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of up to $3,500,000 in GOB funds to The Villages Miami Phase II, LLC in for the development of The Village Apartments Phase II project

     

  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $1,948,000 in HOME funds to Platform 3750 II, LLC for the development of Platform 3570 at Frankie Shannon Rolle Center project

     

  4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of up to $7,500,000 in GOB funds to Block 55 Owner, LLC for the development of Sawyer’s Landing project

     

  5. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the reservation of $1 million in CDBG program income to the Miami Loan Fund administered by Florida Community Loan Fund to be used for eligible projects subject to HCLC approval

     

  6. Old Business:

 

  1. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the subordination of $1,800,000 City’s CDBG loan to a new senior lender in connection with the Vista 12 Apartments project

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the extension of the affordability period of the City’s GOB loan to Platform 3750 II, LLC in connection with Platform 3750 at the Frankie Shannon Rolle Center project
