The City of Miami Housing & Commercial Loan Committee (HCLC) will conduct a public meeting at City Hall, Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133 on April 26th, 2019, at 9:00 AM, to discuss items related to general business, policies, and to provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other city funded programs.

The City of Miami Housing & Commercial Loan Committee will conduct a public meeting including general business, policies and public hearing items related to the Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG"), Home Investment Partnerships Program ("HOME") and other City of Miami funded programs. 

Discussions/recommendations pertaining to the following agenda items and any other matters that may come before the Committee:

1. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to a recommendation of a Global Settlement between the City of Miami and OT 26, Inc and Overtown Development Group, Inc.

2. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the extension of the date to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and project completion date for Villa Jardin II Apartments by Haitian American Community Development Corporation

3. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the extension of the date to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and project completion date for Tuscany Cove Project by Tacolcy Economic Development Corporation
