Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below: * † ‡
1. Discussion and proposed resolution approving the change in service provided by Multi Ethnic Youth Group Association, Inc. from elderly meals to youth services in the public service category for fiscal year 2018-2019.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the assignment of the purchase and sale agreement of the City of Miami ("City") owned parcels of land located at 1305,1321,1331,1341,1361,1320,1370 Northwest 61 Street, Miami, Florida, from Centennial Management Corp. (“Developer"), to Liberty Renaissance Apartments, LLC., for the development of affordable/workforce rental housing in accordance with section 29-b(a) of the City of Miami, Florida.
3. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of CDBG Economic Development funds in the amount of $1,379,111.00 from Department of Housing and Community Development to the departments described below for economic development activities.

Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to grant Southeast Overtown/Parkwest Community Redevelopment Agency (“SEOPW CRA”), an extension of time to complete construction, on the properties located at 244 NW 16th Street, 1900 NW 2nd Court, 1624 NW 1st Court, and 1611 NW 3rd Avenue, Miami, Florida, for the construction of affordable housing projects.
5. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program income funds in the amount of 150,000.00 from Department of Housing and Community Development to the agencies specified below, to provide technical assistance and business development training to small businesses.
