Federal regulations governing CDBG, and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs.  In addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the city program(s) as indicated below: *

† † This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, and ends on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday, September 26, 2024.  Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami Department of Housing and Community Development office located at 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33132 (HCD Address).  Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than September 25, 2024. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing.
