4. Discuss and propose resolution amending the City of Miami’s Department of Housing and Community Development’s Affordable Rental Housing Preservation program policy.
5. Discuss and propose resolution authorizing an extension of time for the 2016-2017 CDBG Commercial Façade agreement between the City of Miami and Martin Luther King Economic Development Corp. for eighteen (18) additional months from June 3, 2019 to December 30, 2020
* The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorized the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan.

The review and comment period begins Tuesday, September 24, 2019 and ends on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, October 24, 2019 (public hearing).
