Notice of Construction Work

The City of Miami will be making much needed traffic calming improvements during the next few weeks. Personnel and equipment from GEC Associates, Inc., will be working in the neighborhood during this time.

Scope of Work

Construction of a traffic calming device (speed table), along with minor repairs, and milling and resurfacing around the work zone.

Construction for this project is anticipated to commence June 2019 with a duration of 45 days. Please note that this schedule could change due to adverse weather or other unexpected conditions. 

Construction Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Lane Closure

All efforts will be made to minimize the effects of the construction activities to area residents, schools, businesses and motorist.
