Notice of Construction Work

The City of Miami will be making drainage improvements during the next few weeks in your neighborhood. Personnel and equipment from Metro Express, Inc. will be working in the area during this time. 

Scope of Work

The work consists of installing tidal valves to existing drainage systems at the cul-de sac of SE 12th Street, along Brickell Bay Drive at SE 14th Street and SE 15th Road.

Construction Timeframe

Construction for this project is anticipated to commence in mid-February 2019 and is anticipated to be completed by the end of February 2019. Please note that this schedule may be subject to change due to adverse weather.

Construction Hours

Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Unforeseen weather conditions and delays may warrant work on some weekends. 

Maintenance of Traffic (MOT)

Single lane closures are anticipated along Brickell Bay Drive. Partial lane closures may occur at the cul-de-sac of SE 12th Street and the intersection of Brickell Bay Drive and SE 14th Street.
