Notice of Construction Work

The City of Miami will be renovating Spring Garden Park and the existing Seawall beginning on January 27, 2020. The contractor is David Mancini and Sons, Inc. Please note that once the renovations start, the park will close from January 27 to September 30. However, the North parcel will remain partially open.

Construction Modifications for this project is anticipated to commence on January 27 to September 30, 2020. Please note that this schedule could change due to adverse weather or other unexpected conditions. 

Construction Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 

Lane Closure

All efforts will be made to minimize the effects of the construction activities to area residents, schools, businesses and motorists.
