OCI Contractors & Consultants Getting Involved!
Welcome to eBuilder, the City of Miami’s new end-to-end project/program management software solution to manage capital projects. This cloud-based business intelligence platform is essential for managing the capital improvements program from project initiation to project close-out. eBuilder will enable increased communication among all project team members, and better monitoring and control of project documentation, scope, costs, and schedules.
As we continue to transform how the City manages its capital projects, we are launching three new processes to facilitate collaboration among current project team members.
Request For Information (RFI):
A process for Contractors to submit project inquiries via eBuilder and to receive responses from either the Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Architect/Engineer of Record.

Construction Submittal (CS):
A process to submit, review, and approve construction submittals using the eBuilder platform. This process allows the Contractor and the Architect/Engineer of Record to collaborate and confirm the Contractor’s planned work will meet the project construction specifications.

Non-Conformance Notice (NCN):
A process for the Construction Manager or Architect/Engineer of Record to formally submit a non-conformance with the requirements of the Contract Documents to the Contractor via eBuilder. This workflow allows the Contractor to respond via eBuilder and ensures the Construction Manager or Architect/Engineer of Record provides a final disposition.
