Proposed Master Plan for Sewell Park Includes four groups:  
  • Group I – Seawall, shoreline, boat ramps and security houses – currently at 30% design
  • Group II – Walking trails (network of trails within the park) – currently at 30% design
  • Group III – Small office and bathrooms – future improvement
  • Group IV – Dog Park – currently in permitting.  100% design
