East Flagami Neighborhood Flood Improvements
The project includes road reconstruction, drainage improvements, sidewalks, ADA compliant ramps, curb and/or gutter structures, pavement markings and striping, and roadway signage. The proposed drainage will include exfiltration trench and stormwater pipe conveyance to a new pump station.

The project limits are bounded by NW 7th Street on the north, NW 1st Street to the south, NW 42nd Avenue to the west, and NW 32nd Place to the east. The stormwater pump station location is anticipated at an empty lot at the following address: 425 NW 37th Avenue.
