Design Review of Proposed Park Gateway on NE 67 Street & NE 7th Court

Project Includes:

  • 10 Ft. Wide Concrete Pathway, connecting NE 7th Ct. to the Legion Park gate through the City's Right of Way (ROW).
  • Total ROW is 50Ft. Pathway to be built within 25 Ft.
  • Existing driveway approach from property adjacent to park will remain in place (covenant filed with Miami-Dade County).
  • Driving fence construction between the private property and the pathway ROW is up to the property owner's discretion.
