Ms. Gross-Rasco joined the Office of the City Attorney in 1994 to handle commercial litigation matters for the City including foreclosures, code enforcement, quiet title actions and lien litigation. Ms. Gross-Rasco commenced her legal career as an associate at Blackwell & Walker, P.A. where she specialized in real estate and commercial litigation and transactions.
