Ms. Soliman rejoined the Office of the City Attorney in March 2019. Ms. Soliman is assigned to the Land Use and Government Division and provides general representation on land use, platting, public works, and resilience matters. She has previously served as counsel to the City’s Housing and Commercial Loan Committee and the Wynwood Business Improvement District and served as the City’s Public Records Coordinator. She has been named Rising Star of Super Lawyers Magazine in 2018 and 2019, Florida Legal Elite Up and Comer in 2018, and Florida Legal Elite in Government and Municipal Law in 2017. Ms. Soliman is also a certified Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem and has served with the Miami-Dade County Teen Court Program. She is a past fellow of The Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy Class IV and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dade County Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division and on the Florida Bar’s Committee for Diversity and Inclusion.
