Ms. Dooley joined the Office of the City Attorney in January 2015 and is the Division Chief for the Land Development and General Government Division. Ms. Dooley currently handles matters for the Building, Solid Waste, Fire, Code Compliance and Zoning Departments that pertain to enforcement and quality of life issues as well as litigating civil enforcement cases related to the City Code. She has also represented the City in Tort litigation while a part of the Litigation and Appeals Division. Prior to joining the Office, Ms. Dooley was in private practice working in the areas of criminal, appellate, surety, and family law since 2001. She was previously an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office. Ms. Dooley has been an Attorney ad Litem since 2001 for matters in criminal court.
