There are four fees due prior to the Building Permit Issuance within the Southeast Overtown/Park West DRI: Master Plan, Administration,Transportation Mitigation, and Air Quality Mitigation.

You will receie an invoice for your fees. The Master Plan and Administration fees must be paid prior to building permit issuance and may be paid during the Special Permit process.*

*Note: For applicants who do not pay during the Special Permit process, the Quick Review Workflow will be closed so that the Special Permit process may be completed. Applicants may pay for DRI Credits at any time before the Building Permit is issued. At that time, Credit Verification will be provided.
You must upload a receipt/proof of payment in Quick Review on ProjectDox.
This will show up in Quick Review and will close out the Quick Review task.
Your application will be referred to Community Planning for DRI Fee Assessment by the Building Department.
You will receive an invoice for your fees.
Send your payment receipt to Community Planning by uploading it to Quick Review in ProjectDox.
This letter can be seen in your Quick Review folder, and this step will close out the Quick Review task.
