Project Scope:

Design and construction of three seawalls in the Fair Isle and South Grove Bayside neighborhoods. The works includes raising or replacing seawalls, dredging, bursting outfall pipes, installing manhole structures, tidal valves, manatee grates, riprap, guardrails, pavement milling and resurfacing, signage and pavement markings, street lighting, and landscaping.

  • NE 82 Ter at NE 1 Pl: Stop bar at NE 1 Pl; Speed Hump along NE 1 Pl between NE 82 Ter and NE 82 St.
  • NW 41 St at NW 10 Ave: All-Way Stop Control (Work to be performed by MDC-DTPW)
  • NW 50 St between NW 12 Ave and NW 15 Ave
  • NW 69 St between NW 2 Ave and NW 5 Ave

Road Closures:

Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.

Estimated Construction Timeline:
