The Department of Real Estate & Asset Management’s Marinas Division is one of the largest marinas organizations in the world, owning and operating over 1,300 wet slips, dry racks, and mooring buoys in the City of Miami.
- Dinner Key Marina and Mooring Facility, located in Coconut Grove, has 587 wet slips and 250 moorings, and completed a $22 Million 3-year restoration project in October 2021. The marina is within walking distance to groceries, dining, and shopping. Customers enjoy access to parking, restrooms and laundry facilities. Wet slip marina customers have fresh water and pump out available on the piers and the mooring facility customers have a dinghy dock, complementary shuttle boat and pump out services.
- Miamarina, located in Downtown Miami, has 125 wet slips, and completed pier and electrical upgrades in 2021. Customers enjoy easy access to the Bayside Mall for retail shopping, dining, and entertainment and the FTX Arena. The marina has fresh water and pump out available on the piers and customers have access to upland restrooms.
- Marine Stadium Marina Dry Rack Facility, located in Virginia Key, has 250 dry racks, REC90 Fuel, parking and within walking distance to dining.
