• You must already have an application submitted in iBuild and you will need that application #/BD# to proceed.
• Accurate contact information - this is who we will reach out to with the response. 

NOTE: You can not make this request until your permit application has been through one full cycle of plan review(s). You will know this has occurred when your project has received comments back from The City (in ProjectDox).

Await Response

All of the information in the application needs to be verified. You will hear from us within two business days via email with either an invoice or further questions.  

Pay Fees

• The fee for this request is $350 per discipline for a maximum of four (4) hours each. 
• If your request is approved, you will receive a transaction statement (invoice) listing the fees owed.  You will be required to pay the fee before the full review can begin.  

NOTE: You must pay within 48 hours or your request will be cancelled.

Await Response

After you've paid the fees, your expedited review will be assigned to a plans reviewer.  Your review comments will appear on your project in ProjectDox/ePlan once the review has taken place (usually within 48-72 hours of request approval).
