REQUIRED INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR EVENTS
REQUIRED LEVELS OF INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Events with less than 3000 participants shall require general liability with products and host liquor included as applicable with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 policy aggregate. The City of Miami must be listed as additional insured on a primary and non contributory basis.
Events exceeding 3000 participants, but less than 7500 participants shall require general liability with limits of $2,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 policy aggregate.
Events exceeding 7500 participants, but less than 15000 participants shall require general liability with limits of $3,000,000 per occurrence, $3,000,000 policy aggregate.
NOTE: THE INSURANCE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON SCOPE AND EXPOSURE. THE CITY RESERVES ITS RIGHT TO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL LIMITS OF LIABILITY AS MAY BE WARRANTED.

The City of Miami must be listed as additional insured with respect to general liability and liquor policies. Primary and non contributory applies to the general liability policy.
