View Easy Permit List
We've created a list of easy permits you can apply for by trade, below. Please view this list before applying for the appropriate permit, or your application will be denied. Typical Easy Permits include Air Condition Change-outs, Small Electrical Repairs, Minor Plumbing, Portable Toilets and Bathroom Sink Changeout.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To be eligible for an Easy Permit, the proposed work should not be associated with an existing master building permit application. If a master building permit application is currently in progress, all work associated with the master should be processed using "Additional Plan" option in iBuild.
