Get a Certificate to Dig

Do you have a property in an archeological conservation area, and would like to do work that requires 'digging', i.e. excavation for a foundation, build a pool, new pipelines, fences, etc. The City requires that you get a Certificate to Dig for any soil disturbance on these properties.
